• The parks and the gardens
  • The National Botanical Conservatory Garden at Porquerolles : wild Mediterranean plants, bygone varieties of fruit... Open from May to October.
  • The Olbius Riquier Park : many exotic rare trees, shady walks, Lake, zoo, exotic glasshouse, children's games (ponies, little train, merry-go-round)... Open in summer.
  • The Park Hotel and Casino Gardens: Rose Gardens, bitter orange trees, 100-year-old Mediterranean dwarf palms, small ornamental shrub borders, pruned French style... in the classical style of 19th-century buildings. Open all year round.

 

• Historical and cultural sites
  • The archaeological site of Olbia : history and vestiges of Olbia, the only entirely conserved city of Greek origin in France. Guides : archaeologists. Workshops for school groups. Open from April to September.
  • The tower of the Knights Templar (Sainte Blaise Tower) : listed historical monument, the remains of the Commandry created by the Knights Templar in the 12th century, restored and an exhibition centre. Open all year round.
  • The Villa Noailles : the first house of the architect Robert Mallet Stevens and now an art centre. Open all year round.
  • The Fort St Agathe : a panoramic view over the roads of Hyères and the Bay of Porquerolles. In summer, there is an exhibition on "Porquerolles and the roads of Hyères, a living heritage".
  • Open from May to October.
  • The Lighthouse of Porquerolles : one of the most powerful lighthouses of the Mediterranean. Open all year round.
