From the Peninsula of Giens to Bormes-les-Mimosas, through the massif of Les Maures, discover the most beautiful cycle trails of the South of France in the company of Jean-Claude Bagot.
You will be accompanied by a support vehicle for your supplies and your safety and grouped according to skill level (maximum 20 people per group), and for five days you will cover between 80 and 130 km (according to your skill level) on small country roads.
Your group leaders will provide you with a lot of personalised advice on settings, posture, training techniques, effort management, recuperation … As a bonus, you will be given 2 recuperation sessions using electro stimulation, a mechanical workshop, a dietetics information meeting, a mini conference on the use of the cardio, training programs and a trip to the island of Porquerolles or to the Gorges du Verdon.

BODILY WELL-BEING AND AWAKENING OF THE SENSES :
During your stay, you will take part in relaxation sessions, Aqua gym and bodily awakening, fitness, aerobics over 5 days, as well as 2 country walks with guides to enable you to discover the region. During the week, you will be given a free beauty treatment. You will also have free access to the hotel fitness area, which includes: an indoor heated swimming pool, a gym and Turkish Bath. You will also be invited to join in a conference on nutrition. Lastly, a meal combining dietetics and the tastes of our region will provide you with the basis for healthy and balanced eating which you will be able to share with your family. Grand dance evenings :
Our qualified dance teacher will provide you with daily one and a half hours training sessions as well as personal advice for six days.
You will be introduced to the many different types of ballroom dancing. You will also have the chance to show off your talents at our dance evenings of which one will be accompanied by an orchestra. A grand gala evening will be held at the end of your stay.

In a magical setting, you will be taught the art of painting for 5 hours per day for 5 days by an experienced and qualified teacher.

In a marvellous setting, in a warm and friendly atmosphere and with the guidance of a professional organisation, you will take part in your choice of cards tournaments under the supervision of professional judges.

During the week of the grand music Festival, a succession of musical groups will entertain you during your stay. Every evening, you will be able to enjoy your aperitif to the sounds of jazz on the bar terrace.
Come and spend a week in the birthplace of Petanque in the sunshine of the South of France. You can play every day on our Petanque areas in a warm and relaxed atmosphere. At the end of your stay there will be a tournament with prize-giving.
