All of the holiday rental apartments have TV and telephone, sheets, cleaning equipment, bath linen and household linen are supplied.
Serre du Villard has everything you need to make a success of your holiday:

During your holiday you will also have the opportunity to pay for an end of stay cleaning for an extra charge of €56 per apartment, excluding kitchenette.
Serre du Villard makes its Kiosk service available to you – this information point will provide you with everything you need to know about places to visit at Embrun, Saint-Véran and all of the region of the Southern Alps.
Whether you want information about leisure activities, other activities, excursions or itineraries, come to the Kiosk once you have arrived and you will be able to get all of the information that you need.

During the Christmas and February school holidays, your children, signed up for the children's clubs will be taken care of by a hotel monitor to accompany them to ski lessons at the ESF (the French Ski School).
A free shuttle service is available to them from Serre du Villard ! The ski instructors will then take over and teach them all the pleasures of skiing.
