SURFING AND BODY BOARDING

At the end of the course, experienced surfers and others who enjoy a challenge will be able to: take off at the top of a wave, keep straight, carry out all the basic manoeuvres, be aware of and understand the ocean and the waves and use a variety of surf boards.

Choice of 2 formulas (to be booked on the spot)

  • Beginners course: 5 sessions of 1hr30, from Monday to Friday, 140€/adult (under 12 years: 130€)
  • Intensive course, for experienced surfers: 10 sessions of 2 hrs, from Monday to Friday, 270€/adult

Famous for its Beach Break, Seignosse, with its sports and its proximity to the mythical beaches of Hossegor and CapBreton, provides ideal and safe conditions for making rapid surfing progress.

Supervised by certified trained instructors, beginners will learn how to get kitted out by themselves, to control the surf board, to surf on foam, to get back up in one go, to keep their balance and to understand safety rules.

If you want to be physically fit and supple, to feel at one with yourself, to feel fully aware and have the opportunity to meditate with the ocean, come and discover the benefits of yoga.

This ancient holistic discipline is accessible to everyone of whatever age and doesn’t demand any particular physical aptitude.

The practice of yoga, through the techniques of breathing, relaxation and meditation, allows us to let go those deep-seated tensions and to bring about an inner calm and feeling of contentment.

It enables us to be at one with ourselves and others, to re-engage with our inner energy and to feel the pleasure of being, of sharing and of moving!

  • In good weather: classes will take place on the beach or in the forest
