Les Genévriers, is a superb residential complex situated in Cannes, with 72 studios and apartments arranged on 3 storeys, with a lift. The complex also has a lovely swimming pool and a huge private garden (7000m2) and is the perfect place to spend a holiday on the Côte d'Azur.
You will find two types of rental apartments for your seaside holiday: 2 person studios and apartments for 4 persons. All of the studios and apartments are rented complete with a kitchenette equipped with microwave and dishwasher as well as having television and telephone. All of the holiday lets include a bathroom (with bath or shower), separate toilets as well as a terrace or a balcony with garden furniture.
• The Studios : these are holiday lets for two people with a surface area of 26m2, with a living room/dining room with a double bed.
• Two roomed apartments : these are for two or four people and the apartments are composed of a living room/dining room with a sofa bed as well as a bedroom with beds on an overall surface area of 45m2.
All the holiday lets provide the following services :
• sheets, household linen, bath linen are all supplied
• a cleaning/maintenance kit
• the residence also provides cots, high chairs and baby baths.
• And finally – for collective use – iron and ironing board, laundry, mixer and hairdryer.
