Grand Cap is a residential complex made up of 117 holiday rental apartments at 1 km distance from La Croix Valmer and 3 km from the beaches at Gigaro. According to your personal requirements you can choose from rental apartments suitable for 2 to 8 occupants, divided into two main categories:
Rental Studios :
with an overall surface area of 23m2 for 2/4 persons, the studios are made up of a living room, a kitchen and bathroom. They have two beds and a double sofa bed and are suitable for two adults and two children under 12 years old.
Rental Duplex Apartments:
the duplex apartments have an overall surface area of 38m2 and can accommodate 4/6 persons. They are fitted with a living room, a kitchen, a bathroom, a shower room. The apartments have two beds, a double sofa bed and two extra beds in the mezzanine.
Do you need extra space ?
You have the possibility of renting adjoining studios which communicate by the balcony (8 persons), or renting a large apartment for 6 persons with two bunkbeds, a double bed and a Z bed sofa.

All the apartments and studios in the Grand Cap residence are equipped with:
Microwave and dishwasher in the fitted kitchens,
Television and telephone,
Terrace with garden furniture,
Sheets, bath linen, household linen, cleaning kit.
