Rambling on the Côte d'Azur :
For those of you who prefer to take your exercise while discovering the sublime countryside of the Côte d'Azur, la Croix Valmer is the starting point for many country walks and bike rides. The residence has a number of mountain bikes available (at extra charge). The huge diversity of the countryside (pine forests, scrub, vines, coastal landscapes) provides you with a wide variety of country walks and rambles on the Côte d'Azur.

At the Grand Cap residence you also have the possibility of playing tennis and golf during your stay on the Mediterranean.
In a wild, natural and unspoiled environment, you will find many small chapels, with typical Provencal steeples and bell towers to enhance your holidays on the Côte d'Azur. Individual ticketing is available to organise trips to the îles d'Or : Port Cros, Porquerolles, Le Levant, which can be toured on mountain bikes or by boat.
You can also visit the back country of the Var which is full of exceptional sites set amongst the garrigue and perfumed pine forests. For the wine lovers amongst you (be reasonable now!) – la Croix Valmer is surrounded by many wine tasting circuits and visits to wine cellars and domains which contribute massively to the well-earned reputation of the wines of the region. There are fruits, vegetables, flowers, honey (27,000 hives), thyme , olive oil, all of this authentic produce which symbolises the lifestyle of this region which stretches from les Adrets de l'Estérel in the East to Le Castellet, passing through Draguignan, Brignoles and St Maximin.
