Holidays for all in a magical environment
For short stays in Saint-Tropez or longer holidays on the Côte d'Azur, here are the holiday rental terms which apply to the Grand Cap Residence at la Croix Valmer.
Rental Period :
The regular length of stays at the residence 7 days and 7 nights. Nonetheless you can choose shorter rental periods (2 days minimum) or longer periods, with tailor-made stays according to availability and the time of year.
Arrival and Departure :
For holidays of 7 days, the arrival days and the departure days are Saturdays. Apartments are allocated directly by Grand Cap from 5 PM on the day of arrival and must be vacated at the latest at 10 AM on the day of departure. For late arrivals, it would be appreciated if you could let reception at the residence know. After 10 PM if we have not heard from you, we reserve the right to rent your apartment to somebody else.
Maintenance of the apartments :
Holidaymakers are responsible for the upkeep of the apartments. Both the apartments and the kitchen equipment must be properly cleaned at the end of the rental period.
You can purchase professional cleaning (excepting the kitchenette) : 42 €/studio and 56 €/apartment, to be reserved on the spot.
Transfers to la Croix Valmer :
Transfers are laid on free of charge from la Croix-Valmer (from the coach arrival stop coming from Toulon and from St-Raphaël).
During your holiday, you also have a free municipal shuttle service to La Croix Valmer and to the beaches on the Mediterranean (during summer).
Deposit :
A deposit of 250 € will be requested on arrival. This will be reimbursed at the end of your stay after satisfactory inspection of your apartment (cleanliness and inventory).
Holiday Rental Sponsorship Offer :
Vacances Bleues will give both you and your friend a reduction of €50 if you introduce a friend who subsequently purchases a holiday rental.
