VOTRE RESIDENCE
The Residence, made up of several small apartment buildings, built in typical Catalan style, and of semi-detached air-conditioned villas, offers you apartments designed for 2 to 8 pers with an accent on space and comfort. They are fully equipped : equipped kitchenette (hotplate, fridge, micro-wave, dishwasher, for 4/6 pers upwards), shower room, toilet, generally terrace or balcony.
3 kinds of appartments :
The following are at your disposal : outdoor, non-heated swimming pool, open from April to the end of September, mini-golf, bowling area, table tennis, football pitch, sports' ground and children's playground.
Available with a fee : balneotherapy centre, tennis courts, mountain-bike hire.
A small train runs to the centre of Argelès and the beach (free service in july/august - 15 € per person over 4, bring an identity photo).
3 kinds of appartments :
- 2 roomed apartment - 4 pers (approx 30 to 33 m²): Living room with a sofa bed for 2 pers, 1 bedroom with one double or two single beds, Equipped kitchenette, shower room / toilet , Terrace or balcony with garden furniture
- 2 roomed mezzanine apartment - 4/6 pers (approx. 30 to 35 m²): Living room with a sofa bed for 2 pers, Cabine with bunk beds, Bedroom (mezzanine)with one double bed or cabine corner on ground floor with 2 bunk beds , Equipped kitchenette, shower room and separate toilet , Terrace or balcony
- 2 roomed cabine + mezzanine apartment - 6/7 pers(approx. 31 to 38 m²): Living room with a sofa bed for 2 pers, Cabine with bunk beds , Bedroom (mezzanine) with one double bed, One single bed in the entry , Equipped kitchenette, shower room and separate toilet , Terrace or balcony
