The Residence 'Les Chalets d'Evian' is situated in the heights of Evian, at the foot of a wooded area. The residential complex is made up of a total of 101 units, divided between the small 3-storey apartment block, with lift, containing 44 apartments and the 19 chalets (3 apartments in each chalet).

The apartments blend perfectly into the architectural style of the resort. They are all fully equipped with kitchenette ( vitroceramic hotplate, micro-wave plus grill, dish washer), bathroom or shower, generally separate toilet, television ( with a supplement) and balcony or terrace.
