The residential complex is composed of a 19th-century castle, completely restored on two storeys, with lift, reception, sauna, Turkish bath and 28 apartments as well as a hamlet with eight Normandy style houses with four apartments in each.

All of the apartments have a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, electric hot plates and microwave oven, bathroom and toilet (mostly separate). Television and sheets are included (beds not made).

At the Castle Apartment 4 people, two rooms (35 to 50 m²): living room with a hideaway double sofa bed, bedroom, sometimes duplex, with a double bed or two single beds. Some of the apartments have a balcony. Accommodation for people with reduced mobility is available in this type of apartment.
At the Hamlet:
• Apartment for 4 people with 2 rooms (35 m²) : living room with a hideaway double sofa bed, separate toilet, bedroom on the ground floor or on the first floor/duplex with one double bed or two single beds and a small garden.
• Apartment for 6 people with 3 rooms (43 m²), living room with a hideaway double sofa bed, two bedrooms on the ground floor or on the first floor/duplex with one double bed or two single beds and a small garden. Accommodation for people with reduced mobility is available in this type of apartment with double bedroom and bathroom on the ground floor.
