The Basque Country : spending your holidays in Hendaye will already give you a flavour of the Iberian Peninsula.  Much of the charm of Hendaye is due to its idyllic beach where you can enjoy all the pleasures of the sea.

Golf Country : less than 40kms away, you will find over 10 golf courses including the 18 hole Makila Golf Club in Bassussary near Bayonne and Biarritz.  You have the option of reserving your round in advance.

In Spain :

• Hondarribia, facing Hendaye on the Bidasoa river, access by ferry*, San Sebastian, access by the “topo” train* at Hendaye station, Bilbao and the Guggenheim Museum.
