Is Covid disrupting your holiday plans? We have the solution. In the event of Covid-19-related government measures, such as lockdowns, travel restrictions, border closures, etc., you may cancel or postpone your stay at NO EXTRA CHARGE. (See conditions at the bottom of the page).

If you take out comprehensive insurance before 30/11/2022, this Covid Cancellation option is FREE: You will be protected in the event of any Covid-19-related illness declared in the month prior to departure or during your stay.

The conditions for cancellation or postponement at no extra charge:
Cancellation or postponement at no extra charge applies to any stay booked in a Vacances Bleues hotel, club or residence (excluding partner destinations, cruises or overseas holidays) in the event that your stay is prevented for Covid-19-related health reasons, namely:
- Government travel restrictions prevent you from travelling to your holiday destination
- Lockdown restrictions are in your region of origin or destination
- Borders closures in your country of origin or your country of destination
- A quarantine period must be observed for holidaymakers travelling to your destination
- You need to observe a quarantine period stipulated by a doctor upon presentation of your documentation
In this case, you will have the choice between obtaining a full refund of the amount paid (excluding administration costs and any donation to the PFP Association), or a credit note with an additional 20% of the amount paid, valid for 18 months from the date of issue and which is refundable (excluding the credit note) at the end of this period if it has not been used.
The terms and conditions of the Covid Cancellation option, which is FREE with any subscription to multi-risk insurance:
Prior to your stay: Cancellation and refunds for any illness related to Covid-19 declared in the month preceding your departure, or for non-acceptance in scheduled group transport following a high temperature reading.
During your stay: Refund of actual costs in the event of returning home due to Covid-19-related illness during your stay.
