In summer, when the weather is fine, you can enjoy lunch al fresco on the sunny terrace. And because cheese is king at the top of the mountains, you'll have the chance to try some of the tastiest regional dishes: tartiflette, diots, crozets... and the Savoyard fondue of course!

Did you know?
Europe's tallest larch spreads its centuries-old branches at ‘Le Grapil’, at an altitude of 1,790 m, near the village of Montricher-Albanne. Legend has it that it was born in the same year as Joan of Arc, during the reign of Amédée VIII, Duke of Savoie.
It's 600 years old, 30 metres high and has a circumference of 6.40 metres!
