Picture the scene: an ancient flagstone quarry where solid rock pillars create intimate spaces, ideal for therapy treatments... Making the right preparations for your thalassotherapy stay

Before putting on your bathrobe, and to get the most out of your spa experience, there are a few things you should think about :

  • What are your needs and what are you hoping to gain from your treatment ? Do you want to get back into shape, lose weight, recreate inner harmony, or perhaps relieve heavy legs? Each programme requires specific treatments.
  • The length of your stay is important. To benefit from the long-term therapeutic benefits of thalassotherapy, we recommend a stay of at least 6 days. A shorter stay is likely to only provide relaxation and some relief. But that's still a good start!
