Your safety is paramount, as is that of our employees. Before the reopening of our hotels, clubs and residences, our teams will be welcomed and informed of all preventive measures related to Covid-19.
In the same way, at our headquarters in Marseille, various information sessions will be held.


Throughout the year, our teams are vigilant in the maintenance and disinfection of all our premises: reception, bar, restaurant, common areas, accommodation...
We are now reinforcing these sanitary protocols by adding numerous points of contact (buttons, handles, stair railings, etc...), more frequent interventions as well as longer periods of ventilation of the accommodation, while applying general prevention measures.


As soon as you arrive at your holiday destination, posters are put up to indicate the spacing to be respected in each place: at reception, in the lift, in the corridors... and to inform you of the compulsory instructions to be applied in certain common reception areas such as restaurants, swimming pools or children's clubs, in accordance with government recommendations which must be communicated to us by the end of May. At Vacances Bleues, it is important to us to create a link during your holidays, while maintaining a reasonable and necessary distance.


At each Vacances Bleues establishment, a representative is present to ensure that the protocols are respected and that all our employees apply the instructions.
In the same way, we scrupulously follow the health protocols set up by our suppliers, in order to control all the stages of our services.


We are committed to rigorously applying the protocols published by the National Health Agency. In case of suspicion, we will rigorously apply the procedures for the management of suspected and proven cases. So that safety rhymes with serenity.

> You had booked a trip to france before september 15

In view of the consequences of the health and economic crisis linked to the coronavirus, the French government put in place on 25 March 2020, an Ordinance n° 2020-315, which applies instead of the Tourism Code for the duration of the containment introduced by the public authorities. This ordinance is intended to be pragmatic and protective, for customers and businesses alike, in order to meet your current needs while supporting tourist activity. In short, it allows tourist operators to offer you deferrals and/or credit notes in lieu of refunds in cases of force majeure..

Your stay in France was scheduled between March 16 and September 15, 2020 :

  • You can postpone this stay FREE OF CHARGE(1) or obtain a credit(3) valid until November 30, 2020 on ALL Vacances Bleues destinations (excluding travel and partners). All you have to do is choose the location of your next spring or summer holiday from among our 24 hotels, clubs or residences in France.
  • You can postpone your stay FREE OF CHARGE(2) or obtain a credit note(3) valid for 18 months on the SAME destination you have already booked.
  • The postponement and/or credit note will be equal to the sums you paid us for your initial reservation.

(1) Postponement is possible without modification fees, subject to availability, for any stay beginning before November 30 inclusive. In case of a higher rate, the price difference will be charged. 
(2) Postponement is possible without any modification fees, subject to availability of the same rate at the originally chosen destination. 
(3) The credit note is non-transferable and can be used in one or more instalments, subject to the availability of the same rate at the originally chosen destination. If you have not used your credit balance at the end of the 18 months, you may request a refund.

For nearly 50 years, the Vacances Bleues Group has been offering you the opportunity to experience responsible tourism: tourism that is attentive to the places that welcome us, tourism that respects the bonds that unite us. 
In order to protect the health of everyone, clients and employees, on March 17, we took the decision to suspend all cruises and tours abroad until June 26, 2020 inclusive for the time being.

Depending on the law applicable in France, as well as the laws and regulations applied by each host country, we offer you a postponement solution and/or a tailor-made and adapted solution.

Is your departure abroad planned after the dates indicated above? Many of you are contacting us and our entire team dedicated to customer relations is mobilized to answer you.
In order to regulate their work, we will study the requests 3 weeks before your departure date in order to give you the most precise and adapted answer possible to the situation. We will decide week after week and in agreement with the French authorities, if we can resume the activity on all or part of our tours.
