REINFORCE OUR HYGIENE PROTOCOLS
All year round, our teams are vigilant in the maintenance and disinfection of all our premises: reception, bar, restaurant, common areas, accommodation, etc. We are now reinforcing these sanitary protocols by adding numerous points of contact (buttons, handles, stair railings, etc.), more frequent interventions and longer ventilation times in the accommodation.
ENCOURAGE DISTANCE
As soon as you arrive at your holiday destination, posters are put up to indicate the distances to be respected in each place: at the reception, in the lift, in the corridors... and to inform you of the compulsory instructions to be applied in certain common areas such as restaurants, swimming pools or children's clubs. At Vacances Bleues, it is important to us to create a bond during your holiday, while maintaining a reasonable and necessary distance.
ENSURING COMPLIANCE WITH INSTRUCTIONS
At each Vacances Bleues location, a referent is present to ensure that the protocols are respected and the instructions are applied by all our employees.
In the same way, we scrupulously follow the sanitary protocols set up by our suppliers, in order to control all the stages of our services.
PROTECTING OUR TEAMS & CUSTOMERS
We undertake to rigorously apply the protocols published by the National Health Agency.
In case of suspicion, we will rigorously apply the procedures for managing suspected and confirmed cases. So that safety rhymes with serenity.
